POLICIES
As always, we endeavor to give our clients
an opportunity to enjoy quality trips at very competitive prices.
Please note the following:
1. Seats are ASSIGNED upon receipt of a 50%
deposit ($25 on TBD trips) NO seat will be held without
payment.
2. Balance shall be due 60 days prior
to the show.
3. Full refunds are issued for cancellations
which occur 6 weeks or more (42 days) prior to the trip. Cancellations
which occur less than 6 weeks prior to the show are refundable
ONLY if a substitute can be found. Otherwise, balance after
deduction of expenses incurred (admissions-meal tickets)
may be transferred to another trip.
Please indicate on the trip date on the
memo line of your check.

5. Tickets will NOT be mailed,
but will be distributed on the motorcoach. You will receive a
reminder call or email from Tidewater Motorcoach with
seating assignment 24-48 hours prior to departure!

(service road) 15 minutes after Cambridge departure (except for
Williamsburg) and other stops as needed (404 Park & Ride)
